Dear Sir/Madam, we wish to inform you that in terms of the Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report of Trading by designated Persons framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company, shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Monday, April 01, 2024 till 48 hours after communication of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024 to the stock exchange. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. The date of Board Meeting for considering the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024, shall be intimated in due course.
