Modern Steels Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the approval of shareholders u/s 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 at the Annual General Meeting held on September 11, 2013, the Allotment Committee of the Company in its meeting held on June 26, 2014 considered and allotted 11,70,000 equity shares to the promoter and promoter group on receipt of balance amount of Rs. 75 per share amounting to Rs. 8.77 Crores from the respective allottees.
