Mohit Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 12, 2015, had lengthy discussion on the Draft Scheme of Demerger of AAC Block business into Separate Company subject to approval of Shareholders, Stock Exchanges and High Court and the same needs further clarifications.<BR><BR>Taking into consideration availability of Board Members, the Meeting shall continue on June 17, 2015 to approve the draft Scheme of Demerger.
