| Mohit Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Nine Months period ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window shall, pursuant to companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, for dealing in shares of the Company, remain closed from February 06, 2016 to February 14, 2016 (both days Inclusive) and shall re-open on February 15, 2016. i.e. re-open after the completion of forty-eight hours from the publication of financial Result (or after the information become generally available)<BR><BR>Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and all persons covered under the Code have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company from February 06, 2016 to February 14, 2016 (both days Inclusive). | |
