Moil Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 09, 2016, inter alia, has declared Interim Dividend of Rs.3.00 per Equity Share of Face Value of Rs. 10 each, for the Financial Year ending on March 31, 2016. Date of payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2015-16 shall be March 04, 2016.
