Moil Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received a letter dated October 27, 2014 conveying the approval of Government of India for induction of Smt. Urvilla Khati, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Steel as Government Nominee Director in place of Shri. Lokesh Chandra, former Joint Secretary, Ministry of Steel on the Board of the Company.<br/><br/>The Board of the Company in its meeting held on November 11, 2014 has taken on record the appointment of Smt. Urvilla Khati as Government Nominee Director w.e.f. November 11, 2014 on the Board of the Company and cessation of Shri. Lokesh Chandra, as Director on the Board of the Company.
