Mold-Tek Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 03, 2015, inter-alia, considered the following:<BR><BR>1. Approved Amendment to "Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of Trading by Insiders" under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Mr. Durgaprasad Sigatapu, has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from July 25, 2015 and the same has been approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors.<BR><BR>3. Granted 200000 options at a price of Rs. 73/- per Equity Share [comprising nominal value of Rs. 10/- and premium of Rs. 63/-] under the scheme of "MTTL ESOS 2015".
