| Pursuant to Regulation 7(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby certify compliance with Regulation 7(2) for the six months ended March 31, 2017 and certify that : - a) Monnet Project Developers Limited, the listed entity, has appointed M/s. MCS Share Transfer Agents Limited, having their office at F-65, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase I, New Delhi 110020, as Registrar and Share Transfer Agent; b) MCS Share Transfer Agents Limited are handling and are responsible for all activities in relation to both physical and electronic share transfer facilities and related work of Monnet Project Developers Limited; c) Monnet Project Developers Limited does not have any in-house share transfer facility; and d) The financial year of Monnet Project Developers Limited ended on 31st March, 2017. In this regard a Compliance Certificate dated 06.04.2017 duly signed by the Company and Registrar and Share Transfer Agent is enclosed herewith. | |
