Morepen Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 18, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in compliance with the Company's 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders' formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed, in connection with AGM, from September 11, 2015 to September 23, 2015 (both days inclusive) for Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives.
