In compliance with Reg. 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Reg. 2015, this is to inform you that Mr. Anil Kumar Bakshi has tendered his resignation from the Post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and KMP of the Company w.e.f. 29th February, 2024 (after the closing of business hour) on account of personal reasons. Further, Mr. Anil Kumar Bakshi has also confirmed that there is no other material reason other than mentioned in his resignation letter.
