Morganite Crucible India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 11, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed for Directors and other designated employees of the Company from November 03, 2014 to November 12, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014.
