This is with reference to email received from your good office on 27th September 2023 at 12:03 pm for addional disclosure under regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015. We would like to informed that, Mr. Nitin Sonawane, Director and Manager of the Company has been appointed as the Compliance officer of the company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 vide circular resolution passed on 26th September 2023 and the same has been intimated to the Stock Exchange on 26th September 2023 at 9:17:25 pm.
