| With reference to the earlier letter dated January 22, 2016, regarding meeting of Board of Directors of the Company to be held on February 12, 2016, Morganite Crucible India Ltd has now informed BSE that the convenience of Directors the Board<BR>Meeting is preponed to be held on February 11, 2016 at 02.30 PM onwards inter alia to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed for Directors and other Designated Employees of the Company from February 03, 2016 to February 13, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015. | |
