Morganite Crucible India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2015, inter alia, transacted the following :<BR><BR>1. The Board has recommended a dividend @ 10% on equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Mr. Aniruddha Karve is appointed as Managing Director of the Company for a term of 3 (Three) years effective from July 01, 2015 to June 30, 2018 on such remuneration as may be decided between the Company and Mr. Aniruddha Karve subject to approval of the members in the General Meeting and subject to approval of the Central Government and such other consents and permission as may be necessary.
