Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window shall remain closed for dealing in shares of the Company from November 04, 2014 to November 11, 2014 (both days inclusive) for all the specified person defined in the Code inter alia, for the purpose of taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2014, in terms of the provision of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company.
