Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 06, 2015, has approved for voluntary delisting of its equity shares from Delhi Stock Exchange Limited (DSE) and Ahmedabad Stock Exchange Limited (ASE) under Regulation 6(A) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.
