The SEBI conducts multiple inspections of our variuos regulated activties from time to time. this letter has been issued in connection with the comprehensive inspection carried out of the Stock broking activities of the Company. There is no impact on financial, operation or other activites of the Company pursuant to the above mentioned letter.
