Mphasis Ltd has informed BSE that the Company, in line with its strategy to optimize the portfolios and focus on its core offerings, has on July 10, 2015 executed a definitive agreement for sale of a portion of the domestic India business to Karvy Data Management Services Limited (Transaction).<BR><BR>This is further to the sale of significant portion to Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) reported on June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>The press release being made in connection with the Transaction is enclosed.
