In furtherance of the Board meeting held on 06th January, 2024 in which the company proposes to sell the Godown building, Plot No. 15A & 15B, Pune Nagar Road, Village Shikrapur, Dist. Pune-412208 to M/s. Blue Star Enterprises. This Proposal has been cancelled by the Proposed Buyer due to Personal Reason. Now Company has entered into sale agreement with Mr. Suvidh Sobhachand Kankariya and Mr. Anand Santoshkumar Kankariya for the total consideration of Rs. 12,80,00,000.
