This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and in accordance with the Company''s code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons including Directors of the Company and their immediate relatives from 1st April, 2024 till 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited/Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ending on 31st March, 2024. Accordingly, all officers and Designated Employees (including Directors and Auditors) of the Company have been intimated not to trade (buy/ sale/ gift/ pledge/ unpledge, etc.) in Equity Shares of the Company during the period stated above.
