MPS Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement and provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company by designated employees including Directors, is closed from May 05, 2015 to May 26, 2015 (both days Inclusive), on account of disclosure of Audited Financial Results of the Company on May 25, 2015 for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.
