MPS Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has fixed February 08, 2016 as the Record Date for the purpose of Payment of 3rd Interim Dividend.<BR><BR>The said Interim Dividend shall be paid to the shareholders of the Company, as on the Record Date of February 08, 2016, within a period of 30 days from the date of declaration.
