Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Regulations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we hereby wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on October 23, 2017, has inter-alia, approved the following:<BR> <BR> 1. The Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2017. The said Financial Results alongwith Limited Review Reports of the Statutory Auditors thereon and Investors' release on these Financials are enclosed herewith.<BR> 2. The appointment of Mr. Sunit Malhotra, Chief Financial Officer, additionally as the Company Secretary of the Company effective from October 23, 2017.<BR> 3. The appointment of Ms. Meenal Bansal as the Compliance Officer of the Company in place of Mr. Sunit Malhotra, effective from October 23, 2017.<BR> 4. Deferment of the agenda item relating to the restructuring scheme involving MPS Limited. <BR>
