Board of Directors at its meeting held today, declared an Interim Dividend of Rs.3/-per equity share [30%] for the financial year ending 31st March,2018. The Company has fixed 22nd November,2017 [22.11.2017] as the record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend. The Interim Dividend declared will be paid on or after 30th November,2017 [30.11.2017].
