Mukand Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Code of Conduct To Regulate, Monitor And Report Trading By Insiders laid down by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 [earlier Code of Conduct To Regulate, Monitor And Report Trading By Insiders laid down by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992]; the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company was closed for the Directors & Designated Employees of the Company w.e.f. October 01, 2015 till the date of Board Meeting i.e. November 05, 2015 (both days inclusive) held for consideration of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>In view of the publication of the above results in Newspapers on November 06, 2015 and November 07, 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been re-opened w.e.f. November 09, 2015.
