| FOR THE HALF YEAR ENDED 30th September, 2017 <BR> <BR> I have examined all Share Transfer Deeds, Memorandum of Transfers, Registers, files and other documents relating to Mukand Limited having its Registered Office at Bajaj Bhawan, Jamnalal Bajaj Marg, 226 Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400021 maintained by its share registry agency Karvy Computershare Pvt. Ltd. Having its office at Karvy Selenium Tower B, Plot 31-32, Gachibowli, Financial District, Nanakramguda, Hyderabad - 500 032, pertaining to equity shares of the company for the period from 01/04/2017 to 30/09/2017 for the purpose of issuing a Certificate pursuant to Regulation 40(9) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and on the basis of information provided by the Company and its share registry agency, I hereby certify that, during the half year ended 30th September, 2017, all share certificates have been issued by the Company within thirty days of the date of lodgment for transfer, transmission of shares, sub-division, consolidation, renewal, exchange or endorsement of calls/allotment monies, deletion of name in case of shares held by joint holders and transposition of names of joint holders from respective date of lodgment of each deed excepting those rejected on technical grounds.<BR> <BR> <BR> Place: Pune <BR> Date: 9th October, 2017<BR> <BR> Shyamprasad D.
