| Further to our communication dated 15th July, 2017 enclosing the notices of the NCLT (National Company Law Tribunal) convened meetings ('TCM') interalia, of the preference shareholders and the equity shareholders of Mukand Limited ('Company'), we wish to inform you that aforesaid meetings were convened at Kamalnayan Bajaj Hall, Bajaj Bhawan, Jamnalal Bajaj Marg, 226, Nariman Point, Mumbai 400021 on August 16, 2017, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approval of the Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation amongst Mukand Limited; Mukand Vijayanagar Steel Limited and Mukand Alloy Steels Private Limited ('Scheme') and their respective shareholders and creditors.<BR> <BR> At the TCM the preference shareholders and equity shareholders of the Company were offered i) remote e-Voting, ii) voting by Postal Ballot and iii) voting by poll (through ballot papers at the venue of the meeting).<BR> <BR> Results of the TCM alongwith the Scrutiniser's Report will be informed shortly. | |
