Mukand Ltd has informed BSE that the Company was under Financial Restructuring Scheme dated July 22, 2003 approved by the Corporate Debt Restructuring Empowered Group (CDR EG) set up by the Reserve Bank of India.<BR><BR>The CDR EG meeting held on April 24, 2015, the Minutes of which were confirmed by CDR EG at its meeting held on May 29, 2015, confirmed the following decision vide its letter dt. June 01, 2015 :-<BR><BR>"Decision:<BR><BR>The exit of the account of Mukand Ltd. from CDR mechanism stands approved".
