Mukesh Steels Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2016, to consider and approve the unaudited quarterly financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors/officers/designated employees of the Company from February 06, 2016 to February 15, 2016 (both days inclusive).
