Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has sold to IL & FS Financial Services Limited (IL& FS) 90,17,227 warrants of Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited (MSXI) formerly known as MCX Stock Exchange Limited (MCX SX) convertible into 90,17,227 equity shares of MSXI at consideration of Rs. 2.50/- per warrant subject to applicable provision with respect to ownership of stock exchanges under Securities Contracts (Regulations) (Stock Exchanges and Clearing Corporations) Regulations, 2012.
