Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 08, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results (Standalone) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all the designated persons including Directors of the Company and their immediate relatives w.e.f. August 01, 2015 and shall open on August 11, 2015.
