Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation Committee at its Meeting held on March 30, 2015 approved the exercise of 7,859 options equivalent of 7,859 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) by eligible employees.<BR><BR>There shall be no change in the issued, subscribed and paid up capital of MCX on account of the exercise of the aforesaid options.
