Pursuant to Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, May 04, 2017, at Mumbai, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017 and to recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2017. Further, please be informed that the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all the designated persons including Directors of the Company and their immediate relatives w.e.f.
