Munjal Auto Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and recommend Final Dividend for the financial year 2015-16 if any, and approve the Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter and Year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Companys shares will remain closed for all designated employees of the Company from May 19, 2016 till the closing hours of June 01, 2016.
