Munjal Showa Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 23, 2014, inter alia, have considered and recommended a dividend of Rs. 3.50/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the year ended March 31, 2014 and will become payable subject to the approval of shareholders.
