Mr. Ashok Kumar Munjal, Director liable to retires by rotation has been reappointed as Director of the Company.<BR><BR>2. Mr. Matsui Masanao has been appointed as Director of the Company.<BR><BR>3. The Appointment of M/s. S R Batliboi & Company LLP, Chartered Accountants, Gurgaon as Statutory Auditors has been ratified.
