| Murli Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 01, 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following :<BR><BR>1. Considered and appoint Mr J. P Dange as an additional director of the company. He will come under the categories of independent Director of the company as per the clause 49 of the listing Agreement.<BR><BR>2. Approved reappointment of auditors M/s Demble Ramani & Co., Chartered Accountant subject to ratification of the same at the General Meeting.<BR><BR>3. Approved the resignation of Shri. Kalyan Nakalak from the post of Chief Financial Officer. Appointment of Shri. Nikhil Dixit as a Chief Financial Officer w.e.f. September 01, 2015. | |
