Muthoot Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has further acquired 1,728,571 Equity Shares of nominal value of Rs. 10/- each at a total price of Rs. 7.26 Crores from existing shareholders.<BR><BR>With this investment, the Company has increased its shareholding in aforesaid subsidiary to 64.60% from existing shareholding of 57.16%.
