Kindly do the needful. <BR> In View of the SEBl [Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, this to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company has been closed from April 01, 2019 for the Company''s Designated Persons and their immediate relatives and the Trading Window will be closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the said financial results.<BR> We request to kindly the same on record<BR>
