This is to inform that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 29th May, 2017 at 11: 00 A.M at registered office of the Company to consider, inter alia to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Statements for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017. Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the SEBI (Prevention of insider Trading Regulations, 2015), the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company will remain closed from May 15, 2017 to May 30, 2017 (both days inclusive), interalia, for the purpose of announcement of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017 The trading window will re-open from May 31, 2017.
