It is hereby informed you that pursuant to Company''s "Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives", Read with Regulation 9 ( Clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated persons ( including their immediate relative), shall remain closed from January 1st, 2024 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited financial results for the Quarter ended on December 31, 2023.
