Nalwa Sons Investments Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per Companys Insider Trading Policy for Prevention of Insider Trading and provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company from May 20, 2015 till June 02, 2015 (both days inclusive).
