Narbada Gems and Jewellery Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on <BR>August 04, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following matters: -<BR><BR>1. To consider and take on record, the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To consider and approve undertaking the scheme of reduction of Share Capital in accordance with Section 100 of the Companies Act, 1956 and other applicable provisions.<BR><BR>3. To appoint Advocates, chartered accountants, independent merchant banker, as required, and Functional Director and decide the Designated Stock Exchange for the implementation of the scheme of reduction of share capital.
