Narbada Gems and Jewellery Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, have been discussed and approved:<BR><BR>1. The Directors disclosed their interest in Form MBP-1 under Section 184 of the Companies Act, 2013. The same was taken on record by the Board.<BR><BR>2. The Board considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Ajay S. Shrivastava, Practicing Company Secretary, as Secretarial Auditor or issue of Secretarial Audit Report for the Financial Year 2015-16 in accordance with Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013.<BR><BR>3. The Board considered and approved the Familiarization programme for Independent Directors in compliance with Regulation 25(7) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
