National Aluminium Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 12, 2015 have approved payment of interim dividend @ Rs. 1.25 per share (25% on Face value of Rs. 5 each) on the paid-up equity share capital of Rs. 1288.62 crores for the financial year 2014-15. The payment of interim dividend shall be made on or before March 31, 2015.
