National Buildings Construction Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 22, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2015 & to recommend dividend, if any, for the FY 2014-15<BR><BR>Further, as per the NBCC's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for Employees, other persons having access to the Price Sensitive Information and their dependents from May 15, 2015 to May 26, 2015 (Both days inclusive).
