Natural Capsules Ltd has informed BSE that 6,60,000 Equity Share Warrants/Convertible Securities allotted to Non Promoter Shareholders as per the terms of Special Resolution passed in the Annual General Meeting held on August 27, 2015, and Board Resolutions passed on September 09, 2015 and July 30, 2016 for allotment and extension of time for exercise of the option to convert the same into equity, have lapsed on February 26, 2017 due to non-payment of balance amount as per the terms of issue.
