NCC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 24, 2016, inter alia, subject to the approval of the shareholders in their ensuing Annual General Meeting have recommended payment of Equity Dividend of Rs. 0.60 per share (@ 30% on Equity share of Rs. 2/- each) for F.Y.2015-16.<BR><BR>The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 10.00 a.m and concluded at 1.30 p.m.
