Nestle India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2015, inter alia, has recommended final dividend for the year 2014 of Rs. 12.50 (Rupees twelve and paise fifty only) per equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
