Nestle India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 15, 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following :<BR><BR>- Mr. Michael W.O. Garrett has relinquished office as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, with effect from the conclusion of the Board Meeting held on May 15, 2015 due to his retirement as per the Retirement Policy of the Company for Non-Executive Directors. The Board placed on record the appreciation for the valuable contribution made by Mr. Garrett during his tenure as Director of the Company.
